Learn how the production of a unique gin takes place near Olbia, in northeastern Sardinia.
This special gin comes from the distillation of fermented myrtle berries and together with your guide you will discover how the drink is obtained from the raw material: you will first visit the artisanal still where the extraction takes place, then the laboratory where the transformation is completed. Not only will you have the opportunity to learn about the production of this gin, but you will enjoy an excellent cocktail prepared by an expert figure, paired with fresh oysters and olives. The whole thing will be framed by a beautiful view of the Gulf of Marinella.
It will be an experience full of curiosities and unique flavors.

TASTING

The tasting includes oysters and olives, 1 cl of pure gin and 1 cocktail of your choice from:

Gin (3 cl) and champagne
Gin (3 cl) and dry martini
Gin (3 cl) and tonic water

Water and carasau bread will also be available.

The tasting is available for participants 18 years of age and older.

PETS
