TASTING

The tasting consists of tasting 4 types of Mirto:

• Berry myrtle: 2 cl in a suitable goblet, accompanied by small pieces of traditional pecorino cheese
• Berry and leaf myrtle: 2 cl in a suitable goblet, accompanied by typical Sardinian artisanal cold cuts
• White myrtle: 2 cl in a suitable goblet, accompanied by dark chocolate
• Myrtle and honey: 2 cl in a suitable goblet, served on artisanal ice cream (stracciatella or vanilla)

The tasting is available for participants 18 years of age and older.

Myrtles can also be drunk by people with celiac disease.

EXTRA

By selecting EXTRA when booking, at an additional cost of €7, you will be able to integrate an olfactory tasting course of 3 100% pure and natural essential oils available from myrtle, wild lavender, lentisk or thyme, extracted in steam current from leaves and flowers of local plants. You will also visit the steam still and attend an explanation of the harvesting and production cycle starting from the plants themselves.

AVAILABLE TIMES

The experience is available at hourly intervals in the morning from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and in the afternoon from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

PETS

Pets are allowed on a leash in open spaces but not in the production lab. You will also need to notify the guide of the presence of pets at the number on the Reservation Voucher before arriving at the meeting point.
