Visit to the vineyards of Gergei in the Sarcidano region with tasting

COMPANY

Tenuta Olianas produces organic wines with native vines of: Vermentino, Cannonau, Bovale, obtained following an ethical agriculture, respectful of the rhythms of nature and biodiversity, which prohibits the use of herbicides or synthetic products for plant protection purposes. For the vinification are also used terracotta amphorae, from which are obtained elegant and defined wines, strongly linked to the history of this land.

TASTING

The tasting includes sampling of four biointegral wines and locally produced EVO oil, accompanied by selected typical products such as cold cuts, cheese or bread.
Options for allergies, intolerances and vegetarian and vegan solutions are available upon request to the number on the reservation voucher.

LIGHT LUNCH

It is also possible to request a light lunch at support@escursi.com when booking at an additional cost of €19 per person. 
The light lunch includes an appetizer with a board of typical products, a pasta dish with vegetables from the garden or according to traditional local recipes, and a selection of traditional dry almond paste desserts.
The menu changes seasonally following the seasonal variety of products and the direct cultivation of the garden.
The service is available from November to April for a maximum of 10 people and from May to October for a minimum of 2 people.

The experience is available during the following times:

• January through May and November and December, Monday through Friday at 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. and Saturdays at 10:30 a.m;
• June through October, Monday through Saturday at 10:30 a.m., 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and Sunday at 10:30 a.m.

ANIMALS

Leashed animals are allowed outside the facility only, provided they are of a docile disposition.
