Vernaccia di Oristano is a Sherry type wine, biologically aged in cask thanks to the action of yeasts called flor and with a unique technology. Always considered the noble wine of Sardinia and used in all the most important occasions, it has the following sensory characteristics: yellow, golden, amber color; delicate alcoholic aroma, with hints of almond blossom; fine, subtle flavor, warm, with a light and pleasant aftertaste of bitter almonds
