An intense and engaging two-hour experience among the prized wines of the Orgosolo area, in the province of Nuoro and in the beating heart of Sardinia. A guided tour to discover the secrets and flavors of cannonau wine among the cellars and the enchanting vineyards. Starting in the wonderful area of Locoe, you will discover many curiosities about the wine sector and notes on the different management systems (sapling, spurred cordon). We will then return to the cellar for the story about the wines and the well-deserved and delicious tasting. You will taste three wines with combinations of local products: cheeses such as dried ricotta, young pecorino and aged pecorino; the typical carasau bread will not be missing.
