An unmissable and unique experience right in the centre of Sardinia, in the picturesque village of Allai, near Oristano. You will be learning how to make the Fregula according to the Sardinian tradition while enjoying yourself and discovering wonderful and secret places of the island. Semolina, water and salt will magically create the small balls of a millennial dish and you will be experiencing an authentic ritual surrounded by the aromas of wheat. In fact just very few people, even in Sardinia, are able to make this typical kind of pasta by hand; for this reason, not only will you learn how to prepare it but also you will become the keeper of an ancient knowledge. After that you will be attending the proper cooking of the Fregula with seasonal ingredients according to the local recipes. And - last but not least - after a short break, you will have a walk across Allai, immersing yourself in astounding and dazzling places.

Each participant will have their own traditional "freguela" and all the necessary ingredients for the preparation of the typical pasta, in order to avoid the exchange of objects and ingredients
In case of reservation of the cold cuts and cheese platter, to be paid on the spot, hygiene products will be available in several points of the room, in particular at the entrance and near the toilets
The buffet consumption is not allowed, therefore everyone will have their own dish with the products listed in the "DOES NOT INCLUDE" section
