The guide will show the various stages of the preparation of fresh pasta, starting from the collection of eggs in the hen house, using farm raw materials
During the workshop it will be possible to prepare cakes or pasta and express preferences based on tastes
Lunch will be based on the products of the farm and the vegetable garden, with 3 appetizers, a first course, a second course, wine and water, artisan digestive
