Experience a day discovering the gold of Sardinian gastronomy: the saffron, a spice with a unique and special flavor that characterizes several of the island's products. The experience will take place in Olmedo, a small town near Alghero in northwestern Sardinia.
You will learn about the different stages of cultivation and subsequent uses of this spice in the kitchen. You will not miss a tasting of typical seasoned products, such as bread and cheese, inside an equally special and characteristic structure of the ancient culture of Sardinia: su Pinnettu.

The experience will take place at a farm specialized in the organic cultivation of Saffron. The cultivation method is organic according to the law and certified.
The tasting includes saffron bread, dry sausage, wine and water. Gluten-free bread for those with celiac disease can be requested at the number on the reservation voucher at least two days before the experience.
