One week sailing course in the island of La Maddalena for adults

The course is aimed at all those who have already reached the age of 18

THE PROGRAM

One week course on dinghies, in residential mode at the Nautical Base Velamare of La Maddalena. In the morning, after a good breakfast, you will do a brief briefing of preparation: before you go overboard it is better to know what to do, then the instructors will provide the participants with the right ideas to achieve the goals of the day. The rest of the day is spent at sea, doing lessons on drifts, modern, easy and intuitive little boats. You return to the ground for lunch, for the short theoretical lessons in the classroom and for dinner. The overnight stay is at the Base, in wooden houses with bunk beds, spartan and ecological, in line with the values and discipline of sailing

ACCOMODATION

The accomodation consists of wooden houses or marquees with bunk beds, spartan and ecological, in line with the values and discipline of sailing

MEALS

Meals will be served at the refreshment point inside the Sailing School. They will consist of Italian breakfasts, for lunch and dinner classic pasta and rice dishes and meat (mainly white) and fish with vegetables, fruits and water.
