Description

On the beautiful and wild east coast of Sardinia, in the Gulf of Orosei, the Museum Park "S'Abba Frisca" takes its name from the homonymous spring. Located in the territory of Dorgali, the Museum was born with the most complete ethnographic collection of the island from the renovation of an old farm and houses. The nature trail will surprise you with the richness of local flora and fauna. You will get to know the nature, the culture and the traditions of the Barbagia through a double naturalistic and ethnographic path that are intertwined with each other. Perfect experience for a day away from everyday stress, in the company of family and friends!

  • April | May | October: 11:00 am, 12:00 am, 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm
  • June | September: from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm every hour
  • July | August: from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm every hour

ETHNOGRAPHIC MUSEUM

The collection is kept in the 15 rooms: the farmer’s courtyard, the shepherd’s hut, the blacksmith’s forge and the bedrooms

NATURE TRAIL

Along the nature trail, fountains and waterfalls enrich the itinerary that winds through megalithic walkways, hedges and secular trees. There are over 250 essences of the Mediterranean, medicinal plants and dyeing. Among the animals: ducks, earth turtles, goats, sardinian donkeys and the donkey of the Asinara island
