Pecorino is the cheese considered the emblem of cheese production in Sardinia, and with this experience, you can learn how to make it on a farm in Burgos, in the heart of Sardinia.
You will be guided through the workshop by an expert with all his traditional care and wisdom, and you will learn the stages of production, storage and aging times. He will then take you on a tour inside the farm where you will discover a beautiful reality and taste the fantastic products.
It will be a well-rounded experience where you will not only produce the pecorino cheese with your own hands, but you will discover so many interesting facts about the farm and the surrounding area.
This will not be a visit to a simple farm, but you will learn about species from around the world in the Gallilandia chicken village and the Nuratide goose and duck village. You will also visit a replica of the area where the farm is located in the Goceano in Miniature exhibit.
The tasting includes farm products such as vegetables, cheese and bread, water and wine. In case of intolerances, or allergies, and for vegetarian and vegan solutions, contact the number on the reservation voucher at least two days before the experience.
