Laura opens the doors of her workshop to you, where you can experience the artisanal preparation of panadas faithfully following tradition. From the creation of the pastry sheet to the filling to the closing of the dough bundle with a delicate seam, you will transform each panada into an authentic masterpiece of Sardinian cuisine. After the activity, you will enjoy a tasting of panadas along with a good glass of wine.

The tasting includes panadas and a glass of Vermentino or Cannonau wine or water. Panadas available for tasting are: traditional with pork; with shrimp and zucchini; with zucchini, peppers and eggplant; and with artichokes and potatoes. Celiac-friendly options are not available.
