Get your hands in the dough and try your hand at making panadas during a private workshop in Oschiri, northern Sardinia.
Your teacher will be Laura who will welcome you to her workshop and guide you step by step in the creation of the panada, a delicious crispy pastry shell filled with meat or vegetables.
After learning all the secrets of this beautiful culinary art, you will move on for the tasting at a picturesque country location of your choice between the St. Stephen's rock altar and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Castro.
Don't miss this fun and atmospheric culinary experience to share with whomever you prefer.
You will be able to take home panadas made by you during the workshop.
The tasting includes a box with panadas, sausage, cheese, spianata and a glass of Vermentino or Cannonau wine or water. Panadas available for tasting are: traditional with pork and with zucchini, peppers and eggplant. Celiac and lactose intolerant options are not available.
The tasting will take place at a location of your choice between the rock altar of Santo Stefano and the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Castro, both within a 5-minute drive from the pasta factory.
In case of bad weather, the tasting will be held inside the pasta factory.
