With this food and wine experience you will visit a small and flourishing family business in Tramatza, a small village in central western Sardinia, near Oristano. You will discover the autochthonous productions on twenty hectares of land where vines, olives and vegetables are grown, where all the productions are processed on the spot, such as wines at the winery and vegetables at the farm’s food laboratory, without the addition of chemicals. In particular, you can get to know the cultivation of Vernaccia di Oristano, a unique grape variety in the world, produced in full respect of the ancient traditional technique and also Nieddera, another excellent sardinian wine.
