Here you will take part in a guided tasting where you will learn how to recognize types of oil to understand what elements to look for and how to read labels.

The visit begins in the olive grove where the physiological characteristics of olive trees and the history of the olive tree in the Mediterranean will be explained, learning about its role. We will then move to the olive mill where the stages of olive processing and how extraction takes place will be explained, with a view to a circular economy. The experience concludes with a guided tasting of the oil.
The guided tasting includes various types of EVO oil paired with traditional Ogliastra foods available according to the season.
