ITINERARY

The itinerary will be customizable according to the requests of the participants and will be tailored by the skipper according to the weather conditions of the day, to ensure the best experience combined with maximum safety on board.

You can dive directly from the boat, swim, snorkel and, wind permitting, make stops directly at the beach thanks to the transfer in tender (when available).

LUNCH

The lunch served on board is customizable and to be agreed with the skipper by contacting the telephone number present in the booking voucher, indicating any food intolerances or special requests.

After booking, you can choose between 3 types of different menus:

• Fish menu: mini pizza puff (with cuttlefish and peas, cod and potatoes or swordfish pate) or seasonal fruit; first course of trofie alla carlofortina, fregola fredda di mare or salad of sea rice; second course with octopus and potatoes, Catalan tuna or scabecciu
• Land menu: appetizer of meats and cheeses and panadina stuffed with sausage and potatoes; first course based on malloreddus with dates with buffalo and basil or fregola (typical Sardinian dish similar to rice salad); seasonal fruit
• Vegetarian menu: panadine mixed vegetables, gazpacho vegetables, cream of peas zucchini and basil, seasonal fruit

Each menu is accompanied by water, soft drinks and white wine (1 bottle every 3 people).
