In the beautiful city of Olbia, in north-eastern Sardinia, you can live a real gastronomic experience to discover delicious dishes of the Sardinian tradition, but rethought in a modern way. An expert chef will skillfully combine different types of tapas, which can be made with bread, waffles or bowls, with different local wines, using raw materials and seasonal, to enhance the flavors.
An experience available all year round suitable for children, for a gourmet and delicious lunch or dinner.
The dishes vary every month according to the seasonal products available in the territory.
The tasting will be based on finger food with tapas created by our chef.
There will be a selection of ten dishes with tapas inspired by the Sardinian tradition, reinterpreted with a modern twist, with fillings of meat, fish, vegetables, cured meats, cheeses and more, paired with three glasses of wine (red, white and bubbly) available and varying according to the season.
